Short Description of Instrument |
The Functional Impairment Scale (FIS) is a four (4) point scale, single global item. FIS addresses functional status and intensity of impairment during daily activities. Functional disability status should be recorded by the participant before medication intake.

Scoring |
The four point FIS scale is as follows:
0 = normal level of functioning; no disability
